Company Overview
Mission: "To be the bridge that connects drinkers and producers"
Customers: Japanese bartenders and whisky enthusiasts.
Company information: Founded over 100 years ago; incorporated in 1992. Our company sells throughout Japan through our net catalog under the moniker, "Tsuzaki Western Liquor Specialty Store." We are a supporting member of the Kyushu branch of the Japanese Bartender Association and have an extensive inventory of Scotch whisky aimed towards the Japanese market. We carry Ichiro's Malt and Shinano Mars Whisky.
Events: We organize an annual whisky event called "Whisky Talk Fukuoka" and are the exclusive distributor of original whisky for the event. At the Nosing World Contest for Whiskey, Hideo Yamaoka (multiple championship winner) and Ichiro Akuto from the venture whisky distillery Chichibu choose barrels of original whisky together. It is our desire to promote the event not only in Japan, but throughout Asia and the world. We hope that you will participate too!
Media Coverage: Two of our company's original bottles were ranked in the top ten at the "Whisky World Awards 2013," which is sponsored by "Whisky World," the only Japanese whisky specialty magazine. We have appeared numerous times in this magazine.
Etc: We are moving forward with projects for planning and selling original products like whiskys, liqueurs, spirits, and shochu.
